    Waldemar-Tagesbar

The main part of today will take place in Sherburne, the former summer residence of Austrian monarchs. I chose a place for breakfast nearby. This is a very nice cafe with a really relaxing pleasant atmosphere and a friendly warm attitude of the staff. In the menuб there are several options for breakfasts, for example, toast, scrambled eggs with bacon, muesli and so on. I really liked the porridge with fruit additives and to drink, a very tasty hot chocolate was selected.

    Schönbrunn Zoo

Children just love to watch animals, and the Vienna Zoo is a great place for this. Once upon a time, there was a personal imperial menagerie, where about thirty exotic animals lived. Now the zoo contains more than 500 species of animals that are kept in conditions that are as close to natural as possible. Both of my children were delighted with the amusing big panda and the unbelievable cutie koala. In separate pavilions, you can watch sea animals and fish. The territory of the park is quite large so to get acquainted with all its inhabitants, be ready to spend here at least two hours.

Vienna Museum of Science & Technology

Mechanisms, machines, engines and other technological miracles, created from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present day, are represented in this museum. The first exposition included models of power plant equipment, first locomotives and old electric vehicles. Next one was the collection of old bicycles, motorcycles, models of ships, cars. Under the roof of the building, there are lots of aircrafts and helicopters, space technologies and the very first hang glider. Also in the museum, there is an interactive hall especially for children where it is possible to set in motion different mechanisms.

    Mari's Metcha Matcha

We continued our acquaintance with a rather unusual meal for Austria. The next item is a Japanese cafe. We decided to come here because this place looks very nice. On the shelves along the walls, there are Japanese plates, interior items and traditional dolls. The room is decorated with umbrellas and other elements associated with Japan. I've never been in the Land of the Rising Sun and I do not know how authentic the served food was, but I can confidently say that they were delicious. Oops, if you decide to visit this cafe on Monday, I have to upset you, it will be closed. But do not worry, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.
