    My Bags (Obsolete)

By the second day we've already discovered where were the best shopping spots, so we decided to organize the second day as a shopping tour with, of course, the research of some good places to try different Italian food. Walking around our first destination and along the famous Villa Borghese Gardens, we found a nice sandwich spot called "My Bags". First of all, it's very close to Piazza del Popolo, our destination. Secondly, it looked charming from the outside, like a nice breakfast cafe from the movies. We weren't mistaken and it's definitely a nice charming place worth visiting.

    Piazza del Popolo

We spent some time before shopping to explore the area of the Square and took some pictures. There are only several places in the plan but you can feel free to spend there the whole day if you are fascinated with shopping activities.

    Da Edy

Definitely try it, as it's one of the best restaurants in the area. Try their seafood dishes and other traditional Italian meals. Be attentive to the open hours. The place is open from 12.30 to 3.30 PM, and after a long break, they start working again from 6.30 to 11 PM. Closed on Sundays.

    Gelateria del Teatro

We spent nice 30-40 minutes in Gelateria del Teatro which was recommended to us by one of the local citizens. It was really worth using the recommendation because this is probably one of the best places in Rome, not too crowded but still very popular among the locals. Put the name of this "gelateria" on the map in a category of "great ice cream".

    Fontana del Babuino

One of the six legendary talking statues of Rome which was used by people as a point to "talk" about their unsatisfaction with the Government politics. Worth visiting because it's ancient and historically remarkable. But we are on the way to the next interesting point to contribute to the Food Map of Rome.
