This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Please refer to the appropriate supplemental privacy notice that is applicable to you for rights specific to your location.

Keeping your personal data secure

We have appropriate security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have security procedures in place as well as technical and physical restrictions to access to ensure that your personal data is safeguarded at all times.

We have procedures in place to deal with any data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

How to make a complaint

Please contact us if you have any query or concern about our use of your information (see below ‘How to contact us’). We hope we will be able to resolve any issues you may have.

You also have the right to make a complaint at any time to your local data privacy supervisory authority. Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), is the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). If you are based outside the UK, you may also have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. A list of EU supervisory authorities is available here: https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.

We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns in the first instance.
