Day 3 Is All About History and Nature, so Get Ready for the Final Day of Adventure

We're starting the day in Colmar, so park your car at this easy access parking and get ready for some nice breakfast.

For the best espresso in town, this is your go-to café. Pair it with a nice croissant or éclair, and your breakfast is complete. If you're lucky, you can sit outside and enjoy the awaking city of Colmar.

Go straight through little Venice by taking this boat ride through the canals of Colmar. You will have an even better look at the cute houses and enjoy the silence of the electric boat. It is a short boat ride, but definitely worth it. Book your tickets in advance here.

Walk to this amazing restaurant for a great lunch with some amazing wines. The restaurant doesn't open until noon, so take your time during your walk over to enjoy the amazing architecture Colmar has to offer.

When in Colmar, it is really advisable to visit the Unterlinden Museum. It is harbored in a former monastery, and you can find 3 floors of history and art. The basement contains pieces from the 19th and 20th Century, and also connects the two other parts of the museum. 1 part covers ancient pieces like the Isenheimer altarpiece by Matthias Grünewald, and the other more modern art. There really is something for everyone.

Park your car at this Lac Blanc parking and end your trip with an amazing hike. This lake is truly beautiful and gives you a spacious feeling, whilst being surrounded by nature. Follow the hike, which starts at the parking, and goes straight up. After climbing all the way to the top, you will see a view that makes you forget you had to work for it.

We're ending this awesome trip at this amazing restaurant. They serve the best Middle Eastern food, and the service is just as great. Really fuel up after the hike you just did: you deserve it.
